Let's see, that's a good list, how about some other notables: (in no particular order) Doug Cowell, the McGill Bros., Ron Parmalee, Mike Lauterborn, the Swarthouts, Leo Wilson and his brother, Frank Stacy, Jim Waterman, any of the Hoags, Scott Humble, Bob Telack, Chris Berg, the Fillion's, Dan Fish, John Bartholf, and Skip Kopcowski.

Pardon my spelling also....

Where you making a vague reference to Tom Rice? Tom Robinson? Tom Reilly?

I would put Shane Bartholf, John Bartholf's son, on that list. He is the fastest local guy that most people have never heard of.

Hate to admit it, but Alex Sigismondi might be in the top twenty. I remember several years ago he and Paul Carpenter had a fantastic battle at Palmyra. I think Carpenter got him at the end, but Sigismondi led most of the moto. He can haul the mail. Fast rider, fast mouth.

Other riders worth considering might be:

Mike Harasmisz - many years in as a top 10 expert, made some nationals back in the day
Greg Meeder - been riding expert forever
Joe Ellington - been riding expert forever, made some nationals
Bart Lucas - older than dirt
Marty Merz - pretty fast in his day

And there are a lot of upcoming riders who will probably be considered for this type of list soon: Craig Mullet, TJ Hyland, and Ben Atkinson come to mind.
